We use an Agile scrum-...Hi Sam,<BR/><BR/>Nice blog you have. We use an Agile scrum-like approach where I work and have found it gives pretty good results. The main things I have found to watch out for here are keeping enough documentation for regulatory compliance and fighting feature creep. <BR/><BR/>Light documentation that is 'good enough' to help speed development along is almost never good enough for an auditor, and seeing features going into finished looking code every week can make it very tempting for those above to start adding to the todo list.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
